Ambedkar’s India by B. R. Ambedkar

🚀 The Book in 3 Sentences Three speeches made by Dr. B R Ambedkar on the evil of caste and how to destroy it A fiery insight into the injustice prevailing in India in the name of Caste Passionate accusation, condemnation and denunciation of all the perpetrators of Caste in India 🎨 Impressions A great read where it felt like Ambedkar was taking me on a journey through India and the dark parts of Indian society explaining to me as we go why it is important to change these situations and various ways and ideas on how change can be brought about. It is an insight into the mind of the great man who wrote the constitution of India. It provides evidence towards how original the constitution and the man who wrote it is and defeats all arguments calling Indian Constitution a copy of British constitution. It is even more sad to think about the fact that even after 75 years of Independence we still have not scratched the surface on solving the deeply engrained caste problem in India...

Dracula by Bram Stoker

⛰ What It's About Its about the an ancient vampire told from the perspective of innocent young victims who meet this monster by chance and happenstance. They now have to bond together strong and stay united to fight and kill this monster. 🔍 How I Discovered It It’s a classic 🧠 Thoughts The horror elements inside this book even though old is still spooky enough to send chills down your body. But I am more comfortable with this type of horror which is not so gross and unsettling like Stephen Kings. It is a must read classic. The novel makes you contemplate more about God, Divine and sin. What I Liked About It I liked the style in which the novel was written. Style makes it seem more real and some sort of a case history rather than just another straight forward story. Multiple narrations made the story more mysterious and intriguing Character had a sense of morality which is very unusual to find in today’s day and age where the vampire who drinks blood might be sympathi...

⛰ What It's About Its about 2 Men who have been travelling together, working in farms, hoping for a better future where they own their piece of land and “live of the fat of the land”. One of them is dim witted giant, who like soft things but has a habit of breaking them accidentally. The other one is a comparatively small man who is smart, he take cares of the giant and stays with him in times of adversity. He has to make a decision when the giant commits a new crime. 🔍 How I Discovered It Pints with Aquinas Matt Fradd recommended it 🧠 Thoughts The book is small but very impactful. Book presents a clear picture of what is happening with only using a few words. What I Liked About It I liked the overarching story Characters and their motivations seemed real and relatable What I Didn't Like About It It got me hyped for nothing. Even though the ending was heart breaking and tragic, the hype around the book made me expect something that was not there 🥰 Who Wou...
